Tickr

Terms

The short version.

By using Tickr you're agreeing to a few simple things. We've kept this short on purpose.

Last updated: May 2026

Using Tickr

Use Tickr for your own time tracking. Don't try to break it, abuse it, scrape it, or use it to harm other people.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us.

Your content

You own your time entries, projects and notes. We only use them to run the app for you — to sync them, show them back to you, and let you export them.

Availability

Tickr is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We try to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it'll be available every minute of every day.

Abuse and suspension

We may suspend accounts that send spam, abuse the service, attempt to break security, or use Tickr in a way that harms other users.

Liability

Tickr is offered without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Keep your own backup of important data — export to CSV when invoicing.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Tickr after that means you're OK with the new version.
