Your data, kept simple.

• Your email address, so you can sign in and we can send you authentication codes.
• Your time entries — companies, projects, activities, durations and any notes you add — are stored so you can view and manage them. We do not monitor or review this content.
• Basic account info from your sign-in provider (Google or Apple), such as your name, where you've chosen that method.
• A theme preference stored in your browser.

You can sign in with an 8-digit email code, with Google, or with Apple. Whichever option you pick, we store a session token in your browser so you don't have to log in again every time you open the app.

Retica does not monitor your projects, sessions and notes. Your information stays private in your account and isn't shared with other users. A small number of operators may access data when strictly needed for support or debugging.

Tickr uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. Specifically:

• An authentication session token (local storage) — needed to keep you logged in.
• A theme preference (local storage) — so the app remembers your visual style.
• Short-lived cookies used by Google or Apple during sign-in, set by them, not by us.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts that profile you. Because everything we use is strictly necessary to run the app, there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to opt out of.

When you sign up, you can choose to receive occasional emails about Tickr updates and other Retica apps. This is opt-in and off by default. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us.

• Tickr does not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We don't profile you, track you across other sites, or share your data with brokers.
• We don't read your notes for marketing or product training.

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on a managed cloud database with row-level access rules so only your account can read your data through the app. No system is perfect, but we use sensible defaults and keep things minimal so there's less to go wrong.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, which removes your profile and entries. If you'd like a copy of your data, or want anything else handled manually, just email us.
